Our client, a top-tier venture capital based in San Francisco, is looking for a methodical, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Manager who has a knack for planning and coordination! This will be a hybrid (3 Days in Office, 2 Days Remote), 3-month assignment with possible temp-to-perm. In this role, you will be an integral part of the Human Capital team supporting fundraising, recruiting, and legal efforts. You will help drive key initiatives, ensure seamless operations, and provide light administrative support to the team.

**This is a hybrid, 3-month contract in San Francisco, pay will be $65-95/hr**
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.
- Prepare high-quality, detailed presentations and reports using PowerPoint and Excel.
- Act as a key liaison between team members and stakeholders.
- Provide light administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Be proactive in identifying process improvements and ensuring things are completed to 100% – no task is left incomplete!
- Help drive and maintain strong internal processes and workflows.
What We’re Looking For:
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ideally comes from a fundraising, recruiting, or legal background.
- Methodical, proactive, and process-driven approach.
- Strong logical thinker with an eye for detail and technical accuracy.
- Ability to complete projects with precision, ensuring nothing is left to chance.
- Assertive, curious, and willing to learn.
- A natural planner who is comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
